Shipping Information for RetroUSA.com
All of our pricing includes Shipping by USPO / FEDX / UPS / GLOBAL / BAX - We fully insure all of our items.

If your item is damaged upon arrival: You must report it immediately to the shipping company, shippers will not honor any damage complaint a week later after the fact. Please inspect your merchandise and also notify us immediately. See manufacturer guideline

When do we ship the product out?: We ship items within 3 Business Days usually (Holidays Excluded)
We will let you know within 24 hours if item is out of stock.

Delivery Time: 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS Usually:
Larger items such as the large style coolers are shipped via freight and may take a day or two longer. All freight items must be signed for, there will be no drop offs without a signature-NO exceptions. We do not give out tracking #'s due to the amount of items shipped. Please allow time for your package to arrive. Sorry-We do not control the shippers but wish we could! 

If you do not receive your package in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us for information
and we will try to locate it and take the appropriate steps to trace it or replace the item if not delivered.

WE WILL NOT SHIP THE ANY PRODUCT INTERNATIONALLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Because all of the items we sell are specialty items, all of our sales are final except for shipping damage and or a manufacturers defect. (Handled direct by the manufacturer - See manufacturer guideline). These items must be reported immediately and then that item will be replaced with the item (s) you previously purchased.

Any item returned must be packed in the ORIGINAL box and protected accordingly. See manufacturer guideline Any damage if not packed correctly will not be replaced and will be at the buyers expense. Original packing only on returns. See manufacturer guideline

There are no cash or credit card refunds for our specialty items. All defective merchandise will be replaced with the same product or a part will be sent to remedy any problem that may happen with a defective part. No Exceptions.

All Product Warranty questions or repair will be handled direct by the manufacturer of that product.
Please send all the questions to Coca Cola Coolers and we will answer them as quickly as possible.

ANY OTHER PROBLEM AND THE ITEM IS RETURNED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER
