All of our website items for sale
are specialty items and there for cannot be returned except in
the event of a defect or shipping damage. Only a part or like
product will be shipped to remedy the issue. No cash or credit
refunds. (Please make sure of any purchase before you buy. Call
if you have any questions regarding any of our items.) If in
that rare case this happens you must follow the return
guidelines below or it will not be warrantied or exchanged if
these items are not followed.

RETURNING A COCA-COLA MACHINE TO Manufacturer
THE MACHINE MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING,
THIS MEANS THE ORIGINAL BOX, ORIGINAL STYROFOAM, ORIGINAL
WRAPPING AROUND THE MACHINE, AND STRAPS AROUND THE BOX.
THE CAP CATCHER MUST BE RE-ATTACHED TO THE INSIDE OF THE SIDE
SCREEN LIKE IT WAS WHEN THE MACHINE ARRIVED. NOTHING CAN BE
PLACED INSIDE THE MACHINE (EXCEPT FOR THE OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS).
IF FOR ANY REASON THIS CAN NOT BE DONE, CALL US TO WORK OUT A
SOLUTION, DO NOT SHIP THE MACHINE WITHOUT THE ABOVE. IF YOU HAVE
A QUESTION ON HOW TO PACK SOMETHING, AGAIN, CALL US FOR ADVICE.
THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT GIVE CREDIT FOR ANY MACHINE THAT IS
NOT PACKED EXACTLY LIKE IT WAS WHEN FIRST SHIPPED TO YOU.
MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS
DURING SHIPPING.
IF THE ORIGINAL CONTAINER, IF THE ORIGINAL STYROFOAM, IF THE
ORIGINAL PROTECTIVE COVER HAS BEEN DAMAGED, CONTACT US, PLEASE
DO NOT IGNORE THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE COSTLY.
REMEMBER, DO NOT SHIP OR HAVE A CALL TAG ON A MACHINE THAT ISN'T
PACKED CORRECTLY.
Below you will find a customer that sent back a machine and it

Please review photos and you make the call. These machines are
not cheap and we pride ourselves in great product, but when you
purchase on the internet please keep in mind the time, the value
and the specialty items that we ship are not something you can
go down to the corner Wal Mart and buy. Thank You for

The below machine was sent back with NO Styrofoam padding, NO
original box, NO cap catcher wrapped up, NO brackets wrapped up
and last but not least NO CLUE! There was so much damage we had
to trash an $800.00 machine because it was not packaged
correctly. All because of just a faulty compressor.
